Based on information gathered from our initial consultation, we prepare a design proposal with a scope of work and fee(s) for your review.

After our client reviews the proposal and decides it’s the right fit, we dive right in!
Renovation design
Craving that HGTV-style makeover for your outdated kitchen, bath, or unfinished basement? Want to add on a deck but not sure how it will look? Just like our new build design process, we’ll show you the design in 3D, allowing you to visualize what the renovated space will look like before you build it. We’ll show you that new deck or kitchen as if it were there now!
A well put together renovation design can save you time and dollars. Both of which we could all use more of. From a small to large scale renovation, we’ll guide you through the process starting with a detailed design and moving forward to help with selections, layout, scheduling, and building. We’ll provide you with the tools you need to get a project budget, acquire material lists for the DIY’er, get a building permit, and build your new dream space!
