After our client reviews the proposal and decides it’s the right fit, we dive right in!
Renovation design

Just like our new build design process, we’ll show you the design in 3D, allowing you to visualize what the renovated space will look like before you build it. We’ll show you that new deck or kitchen as if it were there now!

From a small to large scale renovation, we’ll guide you through the process starting with a detailed design and moving forward to help with selections, layout, scheduling, and building. We offer cad, bim, and coordination drawing support. We'll bring your MEP systems to life so you can land that next project with a GC or owner. We can convert 2D plans to 3D, lay out complicated mechanical rooms, or help you navigate a bim model. If you are bidding a plan/spec or have a project with MEP coordination drawing requirements, let us take that stress off your plate. We'll provide bid day pricing and then execute the coordination drawing process once you are awarded the project.
